Mike Sang has spent 17 years in the commercial fitness equipment industry. He started his career in IT and sales at multinational companies including ATEN and 3M, working across technical and sales leadership roles before transitioning full-time into the fitness manufacturing space.

In 2017, he founded Ntaifitness in Dezhou, Shandong — a commercial gym equipment manufacturer focused on factory-direct pricing, OEM/ODM flexibility, and practical project support for gyms, hotels, and dealers worldwide. What started as a manufacturing operation has grown into a brand trusted by fitness facilities across the globe.

Mike is a network engineering graduate who brings a technical mindset to equipment design and supply chain optimization. He is an avid reader and believes the best commercial equipment decisions are built on transparent sourcing, real-world testing, and long-term thinking.
